JEREMY “THE BWACK” BUSH
Technical Director
Jeremy “Bwack” Bush is a founder and the Technical Director for Sidekick Agency. After attending Baylor, Jeremy spent 20 years as a member of both The David Crowder*Band and The Digital Age earning Grammy Noms, Dove Awards, and Platinum Singles. During that season he played drums, built robots, and produced records at his studio, Asterisk Sound in downtown Waco. A classic Enneagram 5, Jeremy loves researching, solving technical problems, Reddit, and making sure we have enough server space for Matt’s vast collection of RAW footage.
Matt DAVIDSON
Video Director
Matt is the Video Director and one of the Partners at Sidekick Agency. Matt owned a freelance video production company for nearly 10 years before coming on board with Sidekick in 2019. Matt graduated from Samford University in 2012 with a degree in Film Production and Broadcast. He is married to Kathy and has 3 sons (Judah, Joel, and Jack). In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with friends and family, riding his AI bike, Car.o.l, and making dad jokes. Matt is always on the lookout for the next great air fryer recipe.
REBECCA HARRIS
Creative Director
Rebecca is the Creative Director for Sidekick Agency. Prior to being at Sidekick, she owned her own freelance company and worked at Harris Creek Baptist Church for 11 years as the Worship & Communication Pastor doing creative and music work. Rebecca graduated from Baylor University in 2013 with her Bachelor of Fine Art in Graphic Design. In her free time, Rebecca loves taking travel photography and writing about her travels on her blog adventurestartshere.co. She loves wine and coffee – but doesn't discriminate what kind.
HOLLY HIGGINS
Design Specialist
Holly is originally from the small hill country town of Boerne, Texas. She came to Waco for college and loved it so much she's decided to stay! Holly graduated from Baylor in 2021 with a degree in Graphic Design and minors in art history and communications. Throughout college she freelanced for a variety of companies across the US. When she’s not behind a computer screen, you can find Holly cooking, going on long walks, hanging out with friends and family or falling asleep at 9:00 pm. She's a morning person…it's her fatal flaw.
Chelsea Waldrop
Account Manager
Chelsea Waldrop is a Texas native and grew up in the hill country. After graduating from Baylor in 2010, she jumped into the local non-profit scene before returning to Baylor to manage its On-Campus Internship Program. Chelsea joined Sidekick in 2018 as an Account Manager. She oversees client needs, internal HR, and internal and external copywriting. Our resident Enneagram 1 dabbles in interior design, serves as a Certified Lactation Counselor, and chases after the two little munchkins she shares with our Account Director, Mark. Her favorite activity is spamming the Sidekick text thread with her latest favorite recipe.
MARK WALDROP
Account Director
Mark Waldrop is a Founder and Account Director for Sidekick Agency. Originally from Tyler, TX, Mark attended Baylor University and ultimately found his way into playing guitar with Grammy-nominated David Crowder*Band. After a decade of touring he realized Wacotown was home and thus Sidekick was born! Mark is an Enneagram 9 and enjoys long walks on the beach, reading nerdy fantasy novels on the beach, and margaritas on the beach.
aron hawkins
Web Specialist
Aron is a Web Specialist at Sidekick. Out of high school, Aron spent several years working as a music minister and tech director at various churches in Texas. He eventually returned to school to get his Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering at Arizona State University. Aron is the self-proclaimed coffee guru of Sidekick, and his hobbies include making music, spending time with his wife and cats, and standing comfortably alone in the corner at parties.
Rylan McCoy
Video Specialist
Rylan McCoy is a Video Specialist for Sidekick Agency, and graduated from Baylor in 2022 with a degree in Film and Digital Media. Before moving back to Texas for college, Rylan spent time in Seattle, Scotland, and Michigan, places where he developed a love for video and flying drones. When not flying a drone or taking video at the coolest place he just found, Rylan can normally be found at a local coffee shop, going for a run by McLane Stadium, or going for a run to a local coffee shop.
Colton Anderson
Content Specialist
Colton is a Content Specialist for Sidekick Agency. Born and raised (figuratively) in the cornfields of Illinois, he found his way to Waco to attend Baylor University. After graduating in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation, he moved to Austin to work for MultiTracks.com as a Graphic Designer and UI/UX Designer before realizing Waco is truly home. In his spare time, Colton loves to hang with friends, travel the US, play all the sports and be active outdoors. Oh, and feel free to hit him up with your top 3 taco recommendations.
Natalie Brown
Executive Assistant
Natalie Brown is the Executive Assistant for Sidekick Agency. Originally from North Texas, she joined the Waco scene when she came to Baylor in 2018 for a degree in Marketing and Management. Before starting at Sidekick, Natalie worked for a medical device start-up formed out of Baylor's Lab to Market Collaborative. In her freetime, Natalie loves to explore all that Waco has to offer. Some of her favorite activities include hiking in Cameron Park, pretending to be a tourist at Magnolia, or eating at just about any local Mexican restaurant.
