All City Real Estate is based in Austin, Texas, but is quickly expanding to the national stage. Born from the vision of founder Dathon Aragon to create a different way of supporting real estate agents, All City strives to create a thriving environment for all agents with a unique business model. All City’s strategy is to support agents and grow public awareness that the agent matters in every real estate transaction. With growing competition in the industry like Zillow and Redfin, All City is beckoning real estate back to the personal connection of what they deem is essential – person-to-person interaction when buying a home.
All City Real Estate has used Sidekick’s subscription model, employing our Brand Strategy Process to define who they are and clearly communicate what they do. We’ve also captured video for agent tips, and designed their visual identity.

As the market has expanded, All City Real Estate’s field has become increasingly competitive. All City realized the importance of clarifying and differentiating themselves from other brokerages, which led them to seek out our branding services. We stepped in to move All City through our branding process to help them clarify who they are and devise a strategy for communicating that message. We began with our Brand Strategy Process and held 2 days of on-site workshops with the All City leadership team to brainstorm, discuss, and distill their brand identity, and explore the next stage of their growth. Once we had determined All City’s brand identity, we crafted messaging that felt true to who they are and embodied their values. Our team loves to help provide clarity and direction paired with visual elements our clients feel proud of. We adopted a passion for All City’s purpose and vision through the branding process, as typically happens when we get to know our clients. It was an exciting and meaningful experience to join them for this stage of building their innovative and rapidly expanding brand.
After walking through Sidekick’s Brand Strategy Process, we created a brand guideline booklet for All City that detailed who they were, where they were headed, and how they were going to look and act on the way to their future. These brand guidelines ensure that All City employees are on the same page regarding the company’s direction and use a common language internally and externally. These guidelines include the company’s mission statement, approved fonts and colors, visual messaging guidelines, and more.
All City Real Estate values empowering real estate agents to be successful. They don’t just focus on the home sale, but rather how they can instruct agents and create opportunities for them to learn about the industry. Sidekick captured various instructional videos for All City to share with their agents that explained key industry components and best practices.
